Instructions for Requesting Ethical and Technical Approval
To carry out scientific research in East Timor, you must request ethical and technical approval for your research project from the National Institute of Science and Technology of East Timor (INCT). To do this, you need to download the necessary documents, fill them in, sign them and send them by e-mail. The mandatory documents are as follows:

Once the documents have been completed and duly signed ([1] Request for Ethical and Technical Approval addressed to the President of the INCT and the [2] INCT Form and [3] attaching your research project), you should send the documents to:

Note:
Requests for ethical and technical approval should only be addressed to the INCT if the Principal Investigator does not have an institutional home in East Timor.
